Policies for changing course dates and cancellations.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TRUST. SEE YOU SOON.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, you must reschedule your course 36 hours in advance. If you cancel on the day of the course, no refund will be issued, and you will not be able to reschedule. If you do reschedule, a fee of $800 will be charged. In special cases, such as a verifiable illness, only 10% of the total course fee will be charged.
You may reschedule your course only once, and you have 6 months to reschedule. After this period, it will be considered a cancellation.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time. The transportation appointment is at 6:40 a.m. for departure at 7:00 a.m. After this time, no grace period will be given, and the course cannot be rescheduled.
Failure to follow the instructions of instructors and staff, in situations that jeopardize the safety of others or the instructors themselves, and/or in the event of a third warning from the team, will result in automatic course cancellation without refund.
Courses are subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the course will be canceled with prior notice, the date will be rescheduled, and the user will be given the option to take the course on a later date or receive a full refund.

We can lend you a motorcycle for these courses.
It's optional to bring your own motorcycle.
We offer free transportation from our offices in the Nápoles neighborhood, at Calle Alabama 199, Mexico City.
Urban Security, Intro Off Road
We offer motorcycle lessons. We accept all brands.
The meeting point is at Alabama 199, Mexico City, or directly at the C.I.M. in the state of Morelos.
