Date change and course cancellation policies.

- In case of any circumstance you cannot attend, you will have to change the date 36 hours. before your course, since if it is canceled the same day, a refund cannot be made, nor can it be changed for future dates. If the change is made, a fine of $800 will be charged to be able to schedule again. In special cases such as verifiable illness, only 10% of the total course will be taken.
- You have the possibility of changing the date of your course only once and 6 months to schedule again, after the elapsed time it will be considered as cancellation.
- In the most attentive way we ask you to be on time, the appointment for transportation is at 6:40 a.m. to leave at 7 a.m. After the hour, no waiting time will be given and the course cannot be rescheduled.
- Not following the instructions of the instructors and staff, under situations that endanger the integrity of a third party or themselves and/or in case of receiving a third call for attention from the team; The course will be canceled automatically, without refund.
