Requirements for rent
- Being older than 30 years
- Set rental dates.
- Motorcycle deposit with the total rent. (The total of extras such as equipment and security deposit will be settled upon delivery).
- Valid driver's license.
- Official ID
- In case of being a foreigner, identity card from your country and valid passport.
- Proof of address.
- Guarantee deposit.
- Have a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card
Guarantee deposit
To rent a motorcycle it is essential to make a block on the VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card, cash or, failing that, a transfer upon signing the contract, in the amount of $20,000 per motorcycle.
In case of having made the section and not having the sufficient balance to make the block, it will be considered as a last-minute cancellation, so it will not be possible to refund the advanced amount.
Note: All our rentals include: unlimited kilometers, comprehensive coverage insurance, telephone base, air pump, patching kit, top case (subject to availability), at no additional cost.
Motorcycle rental policy

- The total rental fee must be paid upon picking up the motorcycle, along with the security deposit. The deposit can be made via credit card, cash, or bank transfer.
- Any damage to the motorcycle or equipment, lost registration card, lost license plate, or broken parts will be quoted and deducted from the security deposit at check-out.
- In the case of last minute cancellations, the deposit or the total payment will not be refunded.
- To cancel dates, cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance. These may be rescheduled only once.
In case of requesting a refund, a penalty of 50% of the rent will be charged. - Motorcycles must be returned to the address specified in the contract for closure. If returned to a different location, the cost of returning the motorcycle to Mexico City (office) must be covered.
- A penalty of 3 rental days will be charged for abandoning the motorcycle without closing the contract, plus any expenses incurred to retrieve it.
- There is no refund for paid rental days if the motorcycle is returned before the agreed date.
- Any fines incurred during the rental period must be paid by the renter.
- The fuel level must be returned the same as it was provided to avoid extra charges.
- To extend the rental period beyond the agreed date, you must notify us 24 hours in advance to check availability.
